Kathy began her real estate career in 1986, earning the Petaluma Realtor of the Year award in 2001. With twenty years of experience specializing in new home subdivision sales with over 300+new home sales. Kathy has developed exceptional expertise in the field. Most recently, her dedication and performance have been recognized repeatedly with the Coldwell Banker Presidents, Diamond, and Sterling awards—exemplifying the best and brightest in real estate today.

About Kathy

Kathy and her husband, Don, reside in Sonoma Valley’s Creekside Village. They cherish the welcoming neighborhood, the tree-lined streets, and the abundance of walking trails that invite outdoor exploration and relaxation.  Don is retired after 35 years as Union Sheetmetal Journeyman and has coached girls softball for over 25 years as head coach.

Family

• Oldest son, Bryan, is a Detective with the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office and lives in Santa Rosa with his wife and three children.
• Middle child, Meghan, lives in Aurora, Colorado with her three children and works as a commercial negotiator with Nationwide Insurance.
• Youngest daughter, Melissa lives in Wells, Maine with her husband, with the United States Coast Guard.  Melissa is in the real estate business in Kennebunkport, Maine.
• Kathy loves to garden, cook, swim, travel and visit her children.
